Who doesn't love a good Race Day dress-up. These are some of my ALL time favourite looks for big race day events. I've never been a huge fan of themed race day dress up so this years Vodacom  Durban July theme: 'The Captain's Table' is very probably the BEST one we've had in a while. You can play with it a bit. Think of the grandeur of the Titanic and go faux fur, sequins, and tassles. Or moderniseyour vibe by embracing your inner celeb and look for well-structured dresses for 2015. With OTT headpieces. Wish I Was There...

Australia is my second home and I have never timed a trip back in time to make the Melbourne Cup since I moved back home. There's nothing like dressing up and heading to Melbourne with my dad to watch the ponies. Mate, this year looked hell fun with Nicole Richie, Bambi Northwood-Blythe, old Leyton Blwehitt and Bec from Home and Away. Ridge Forrestor even made an appearance. Maybe next year Miss Buttons will be in the mix too.
