The Swedes Have Arrived...

The successful Swedish conglomerate IKEA has landed in South Africa, Cape Town to be exact. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of assembling IKEA goods so many times that I've blocked it out of my memory. Although self assembly is foreign to us Saffa's I think the task of building a new IKEA purchase armed with instructions, a packet of screws and wood panels is a must do for any young couple. If you can make it through at least 2 with no tears, your love shall stand the test of time. Well, that's what I think at least.

Forget about the Satorialist, Ed Suter's new coffee table book 'Sharp Sharp' is a kaleidoscopic collection      of images that captures the true essence of Mzanzi style. I got the book for Christmas and CANNOT put it down. I've read it from cover to cover 3 times and counting. Look out for it at the Exclusive books sale this week x

Road Trippin'...

Just got back from an amazing trip down to JBay and back. Found some amazing vintage gems en route and had a weekend of sunshine. Bliss x
